Note: unnecessary stress and pain
- If a dog is found with parasites /difficult/ aggressive behavior or heavily matted & soiled coats, the overall cost is dependent on how complex the groom is and its duration. Treatment Prices can differ from time to time depending on how long it has been since your last appointment.
- Regular appointments are essential for the health and welfare of your dog, whether they have a long or short coat.
- Any mix of a Poodle or Bichon are advised to return every 4 to 6 weeks if you prefer a fluffy style.
- Dogs presented with heavy matting must be clipped short as it is the only way to remove matting safely and dematting is a very lengthy and painful process and it is not ethical to subject dogs to this.
- Overgrown and matted coats can cause all kind of skin problem and ear & eye infections.
- Nail trimming and filing can only be done where dog permits it (some dogs can become aggressive or extremely stressed out for nails so if this is the case we would recommend you visit your Vet for this procedure to be done). Regular (2-6 weeks) nail trims are advised to avoid pain associated with overgrown nails. Once overgrown it is very difficult to cut them back as the blood vessel grows long when nails are not maintained often, resulting in bleeding nails if even trimmed a little.

Late Cancellation & No Show Policy
*We have a 24 hours cancellation or reschedule prior to the appointment day. Please phone to cancel or reschedule.( PHONE CALL ONLY NO TEXT)
*If you fail to contact us with 24 hours notice then you will be charged half the total cost of the cancelled appointment.
*NO SHOW – you will be charged for the missed appointment (FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR TREATMENT) and a 50% deposit is required for any new appointment to ensure a future appointment that you may have already made. Non-payment of the fees will result in cancellation of all future appointments.
*Non-payment of fees with last minute cancellations will result in automatic cancellation of future grooming sessions. This is a new business so ALL appointments are treasured. No shows or last minute cancellations/ rescheduling can really have a negative impact so please understand the need for our policies. We really appreciate your custom and will strive to retain it.
